Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Build relationships with fleet partners & provide them with information about the latest happenings
- Manage partnerships with third-party organizations
- Recommend how to improve the efficiency of the partner (attracting new drivers, finding solutions for their questions)
- Conduct info sessions and call campaigns with current and prospective employees
- Manage the interactions with existing and prospective drivers to understand their needs; pitch the company as a solution
- Support drivers through the sign up process and ensure they’re ready to take their first trip soon after
