Who are we looking for?

Our client is looking for communicative and customer oriented English speakers who wants to use their language skills on a daily basis.

You will providing service to the users of our client’s services – an dvanced TV services, high speed internet, and digital home phone.

Main responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls
• Identify customer needs to achieve their satisfaction
• Deal with incoming phone queries in a timely manner
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions
• Document customer concerns and interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Key skills:
• Advanced spoken English B2 level and higher is a must have
• Technical experience is nice, but not necessary
• Be flexible in shifts
• Ability to work in a high pace work environment
• Be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
