About the role
As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, logistics coordination, and customer support while also contributing to business development activities. You will act as a central point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, customers, and external authorities. The position offers broad exposure and the opportunity to grow into the role, with full onboarding and training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project progress to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain schedules
- Manage spare parts logistics, including procurement, storage, inventory control, and deliveries
- Support customs clearance processes and coordinate required documentation
- Prepare cost calculations, quotations, and purchase orders with high accuracy
- Maintain structured records of projects, orders, logistics, and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify customer needs and actively support the development of new business opportunities
- Proactively identify operational or logistical challenges and propose process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies
What we are looking for
- A high level of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clear communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in project coordination, sales support, or logistics is an advantage, but not required – training will be provided
