Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client - a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, we are currently looking for Senior Account Manager.

Your mission:

  • Mainly responsible for improving organization's market position and achieves financial growth in given sector. Seek out, develop, and close business opportunities;
  • Focus Areas: Public, Transportation, Energy Sector;
  • Define long-term organizational strategic goals in given sector, build key customer relationships and maintain extensive knowledge of current market trends;
  • Deep insight of the Named Accounts in given sector, understand customer’s business, identify business opportunities mapping with our products and solutions, develop the local partner ecosystem;
  • Work with the internal team and external partner to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization;
  • Find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future;
  • Help develop new customer and manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, ICT or related qualification;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Account Sales in ICT industry (HW Sales);
  • Must have - sales experience with ICT products, such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi, security, storage, and GPON. (Dell, HPE, IBM, Alanata, Aricoma, etc.);
  • Native Czech/Slovak and fluent English language;
  • Have a certain understanding of ICT requirements in some industries. For example: government, education, healthcare, and ISP;
  • Be familiar with major vendors and partners in certain industries;
  • Capability of building relationships with customers and channel partners;
  • Effective communications and presentation skills.
