Client Service Representative (German Speaking)

Role in terms of tasks

For our GlobalView division in Prague and our German speaking clients we are looking for Client Service Representatives (German speaking).
As a member of the ADP GlobalView Service Team the Client Service Representative is the first client contact point and will be responsible for providing World Class Service to a designated group of client employees for payroll related enquiries.
Working in an international environment, your responsibilities include responding to employee enquiries, using troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues and client service techniques to manage sensitive enquiries regarding payroll.

What we are looking for

  • Secondary school education
  • Good PC skills
  • Intermediate AND/ OR Fluent in German
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good command of English language (knowledge of Czech language is not needed)
  • Proven ability to multi-task, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues
  • Customer service experience with proven skills with conflict resolution is a +
