We are looking for a new colleague for the position CUSTOMER SPECIALIST with FRENCH and ENGLISH!

Náplň práce

  • maintenance of data in distribution system for our distribution in France.
  • cooperation with our Customer Service – you will process data from orders and returns
  • updating the data
  • daily contact with clients
  • taking care of their needs and requirements


  • Fluent French and very good knowledge of English
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Highly effective and efficient in data processing
  • Customer focus
  • Priority setting
  • Drive for results


  • 5 weeks of vacation + sick days
  • Annual bonus in amount of 1 month wage
  • Workplace in a new and very small shared office
  • 300 CZK / month for Pension insurance
