Náplň práce

  • Delivering customer services for Romanian speaking customers
  • Answering product and service questions via phone
  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using an internal information system
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and actions taken
  • Maintaining a professional telephone manner and providing the best service to the customers


  • Excellent knowledge of Romanian
  • Good knowledge of English
  • High school degree
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
