ERP SUPPORT SPECIALIST (55. - 65.000 CZK)

Náplň práce

  • Installation, upgrade and patching, servers monitoring and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure operation of the ERP system.
  • Research software issues, database query writing.
  • Implementation of user requests and small change implementations.
  • Expert for end-users, offering suggestions for process and workflow.

Požadujeme

  • Professional business and technical experience in system (ERP).
  • Experience in administration, maintenance and support, analysis of the issues.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Ability to understand and write SQL queries.
  • Ability to read and adjust XML is a plus.
