Quality Specialist

Ensure the required production quality based on approved criteria for individual products. Control production processes based on defined standards, and in case of any deviation, arrange for correction and take appropriate measures to ensure the required quality.

- Responsible for compliance with quality criteria in production (meeting customer/internal quality requirements)
- Responsible for controlling the production process from the point of view of product quality and compliance with production standards
- Responsible for inspection, revision, quality assessment of parts evaluated in production (good and bad)
- Checks the correct handling of non-conforming products in production
- Responsible for blocking and checking non-conforming (suspect) products
- Responsible for managing blocked material (material in BLOKEO/CAL position)
- Responsible for the implementation and management of internal QWs in the production process
- Responsible for product quality assessment in case of modifications, process changes or after mold repair
- Creates production documentation for individual production processes (quality documents)
-Manages (team leader) problem analysis (8D)
-Work with 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, Ishikawa, Pareto diagram

Needed:
- professiona experience 2 years in the quality department in the manufacturing industry
- high school or university degree
- English Language B2
- Czech Language B2
- Spanish Language an advantage
