Our multicultural payroll team is now looking for new team members who are ready to explore challenging environment and deliver the best service to our employees. If you are motivated to dive into the detail and take ownership, we have the career you’re looking for! As our Junior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for:
· Processing payroll for DACH countries
· Collecting payroll inputs from HR teams
· Verifying payroll outputs received from the payroll vendor
· Releasing salaries to employees’ bank accounts
· Answering employees’ or HR queries
· Participating in process improvement projects

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills
German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Work experience from corporate offices - finance, accounting or payroll
· Fluent in English and German (at least B2)
· Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc.)
· Ability to work with data with a high focus on accuracy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 2 year of experience in Payroll/ Accounting/ Finance
