Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role has three layers: root cause analyses and problem solving, communication, and process improvement.
· You will be acting as a main point of contact for TOP Amazon vendors, with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, and resolve any conflicts to avoid shipment holds or other business interruption.
· Addressing any account related inquiries from vendors and ensuring internal supply chain compliance.
· Quickly identify and resolve variances, stick with variances and discrepancies in finance and supply chain.
· You will have an opportunity to impact the processes, to come up with new solutions which would be beneficial to the business and our vendors.
· You will interact with internal stakeholders such as Retail, Vendor managers, AR, FinCom, FC associates, catalog specialists, etc to resolve and eliminate issues.

From Bratislava, the team directly supports German, French, Italian, Spanish and UK vendors. The team has been built from many experienced people who are fully dedicated to solving problems, thinking outside of the box and coming up with new problem solving ideas." Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Italian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

· Experience in Finance (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, etc) or Supply chain or Logistics field
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field (Finance, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Logistics)
· Excellent language skills - English and Italian (C1/C2: written & spoken). Good level of French/Spanish languages is a benefit
· Ability to communicate and present complex analysis/data clearly and concisely
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
· Experience in project management
· Analytical skills with the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture
· Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOK UP, HLOOK UP, filters, basic functions, tables)
