Your job will be:
Set clear goals for the team and help them to deliver results in the most effective way
Provide on-going support and feedback to the team via regular 1:1s and team meetings
Communicate with different international stakeholders from across Amazon.
Communicate with Sellers and guide them to improve their offers.
Educate Sellers about the tools and features available
Build knowledge repositories, update and improve processes
Relentlessly look to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for Sellers.
Your job will be:
