Amazon Business Sales Operations is looking for a talented Sales Operations Program Manager.

The Sales Operations PM will be responsible for supporting our seller account management teams in operations and lead management, CRM (Salesforce) management, as well as business reporting, analytics, forecasting, and planning. This role will cross-collaborate with multiple internal Stakeholder teams, with ample opportunity to learn and develop within our growing business.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Management: Effectively manage and prioritize high-profile, multiple projects.
Salesforce Administration: Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex processes, rules and other Salesforce customizations.
Lead Management: Manage the development, prioritization, and distribution processes of new and existing lead sources.
Internal Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships and processes with sales, product, marketing, technical teams (business analytics, CRM, etc.), and other stakeholders to identify new areas of opportunity within existing business initiatives.
Continued Program Development: Continually invent the future of Sales Operations for Amazon Business, with a focus on operational efficiency, performance to goals, and scalability. Test, learn, and iterate. This will require routinely reporting learnings up to senior management in written format and orally in meetings.

Salary information

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1900 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development.
