Our multicultural Payroll team is looking for professionals with financial background, analytical thinking and eye for details. As our Payroll analyst you will be responsible for:
· End-to-end payroll process for the assigned country
· Accurate and timely filing of all reporting requirements in accordance with country specific government legislation and company timetables
· Auditing payroll data processed by payroll vendor
· Resolving complex employees’ queries
· Providing support to Accounting, Finance, HR, HR Services and Compensation & Benefits teams
· Regular reviews of payroll vendor, their systems and deliverables according to master agreement
· Driving process improvement projects

Salary information

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1400 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience/Skills required:
2 years of experience in Payroll, Finance, Accounting or HR
Fluent in English and Spanish
Advanced Excel
Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details
Sense of innovation
