An exciting opportunity for experienced program manager to join our new team at Amazon Slovakia for our B2C customer base. Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer and thus we have to reinvent our selection, pricing, ordering and delivery processes to provide the right customer experience for businesses.

Personality requirements and skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires strong attention to detail, solid work ethic and drive, the ability to manage large and complex rule sets, the ability to recommend solutions to various problems and excellent communication skills and follow up.

Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English and German
· 3-5 years experience in a product/program management or operations role in a relevant industry
· Expert with business applications such as Word, Excel and Project
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to write SOP (Standard operation processes) or guidelines
· Ability to prioritize and understand constraints in both customer and Amazon terms
· Ability to establish credibility and work with key internal partners to get things done (you will work with Sales team, Vendor managers, business developers, technicians, senior internal stakeholders)
· Highly articulate, persuasive communicator and a good writer
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Prior B2B Experience/Negotiation or Business Process Management Experience Preferred
· Attested history of building business requirements and requests for proposal
· Strong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail and solid organizational skills
· Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
· Ability to travel and spend extended time at other Amazon Locations in Europe or with customers (10-20% travel possible)
- Prior experience of working in taxonomy and classification areas is good to have but not required.
