We are looking for an ambitious person who is willing to help the Payroll Organization in Bratislava operate day to day so our Payroll Gurus can perform to their highest ability. Does it sound great? What will you be working on?
Provide support to operational teams with hard copy letters preparation and mail through post
Coordinate and oversee all office activities (Team Buildings, All Hands meetings, Management Meetings, etc)
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies (application access management, office accesses, new hire accesses, etc)
Provide assistance with different budgeting, hiring requisitions, on-boarding tasks
Keep databases in check and update them regularly
Create and present reports for the operations teams (keep operations boards up to date, metrics reports, follow up on deliverables due, etc)
Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary
Support the management team with administrative tasks (travel, reports, trackers, meeting minutes, purchase orders, change requests, invoicing, etc.)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
