We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst: a motivated self-starter who can work in a fast paced, data-driven environment; analytical problem solver who obsesses over data, and has a burning desire to deliver business results.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial data, the underlying business and the all aspects of the customer. They will analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems for business areas and build metrics and report catalogues. They will devise new methodologies and data sources and drive projects. They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have a strong attention to detail, and be vocally self-critical.

This position will understand the information needs of and interact with business management, and give guidance to the BI team to build datasets and reports. The output will drive insights into financial performance, defects and their root causes.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role
- MBA with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis.
- Self-efficient working style in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable is a major plus
- Proficiency of VBA, C# or Python
