The vision for Amazon Fashion is to provide best possible customer experience while shopping for products in Fashion categories. Our Fashion Quality Account management team run initiatives targeting this vision. We manage efforts to improve the Seller and Customer experience through seller outreach and seller education to achieve defect fixes.
In this context Amazon is looking for a talented Quality Account Manager based in Bratislava, Slovakia to support the international Seller business on the European Amazon websites and bring improvements to the existing product catalog. Although not required, fluency in Italian and Spanish is advantageous.
The Fashion Quality Account Manager will work with our external partners (Sellers) to improve the quality of their product pages (listings) on Amazon. They will educate Sellers on the advantages of high-quality listings and identify the causes of poor listing quality. They will advise Sellers on the technical aspects of listing improvement and report progress to internal stakeholders. The Fashion Quality Account Manager will also interface with internal technical and business teams around the globe and contribute to platform changes and improvements.

· Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to face internal and external partners in a professional and mature manner.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill set.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Extensive experience in Seller Account Management in eCommerce industry.
· Work experience in a technical account management position or similar is a plus.
· Basic understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication (XML and Webservices).
· Bachelor /Under-graduate degree (preferably in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or Mathematics)
· Previous experience in developing with web oriented languages (e.g. Html, Javascript, Python, etc.)
