DESCRIPTION
With Seller Fulfilled Prime, Sellers in Amazon’s Marketplace can make their products eligible for the Prime badge, while fulfilling orders from their own warehouse. Enabling this option for Sellers while upholding Amazon’s high standard for the Prime customer experience requires fast and reliable shipping services.
In this role, you will define reimbursement policy and requirements and support our sellers on a daily basis.
To help support the EU Markeplace initiatives supporting both our Sellers and Customer experience, the ideal candidate will drive merchant compliance via creation of multiple cases, coaching merchants and reporting key learning to the business teams, product teams and Seller Support.

- Working on continuous program improvements and identifying the opportunities for process enhancements;
- Enforcing internal and external adherence to established policies;
- Driving quality within the reimbursement process;
- Analysis of data sets, gathering the inputs and structuring the outputs into the reports.

Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field;
- Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated problem solving;
- Strong business judgement;
- Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various location;
- Fluent English (any additional language is an advantage);
Good Microsoft Office/PC skills, including good working knowledge of Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least B1 proficiency in German language;
- Experience working in a cross-functional capacity and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence
