DESCRIPTION
Global Catalog Operations team at Amazon is looking for highly motivated and talented candidate who is responsible to manage a team of ~15 catalog associates. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in American English and demonstrate outstanding collaboration and professional skills.
Core responsibilities for this position include:
· Manage a team of ~15 associates and oversee day-to-day operations
· Responsible for delivering staff performance reviews
· Prepare detailed operational reports and metrics to guide and manage staff on an on-going basis
· Create and deliver management reports and presentations
· Responsible for operations processes standardization for maximum efficiency
· Ability to produce executive metrics and make recommendations for process and systems improvement
· Scope and launch new tasks, programs
· Build strong relationships with other teams to on-going value add and ensure long term success
· Share operational and quality best practices across the extended team and contribute to the programs
· Responsible for the overall value and quality of the output of the CQ Audit team.

· Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce) and Internet search industries
· Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to:
o Adult content
o Religious and philosophically sensitive issues
o Alcohol, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong interest in metrics and reporting is highly desirable
· Experience of working with Engineering teams and product catalog is a plus
· Undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following fields: Information Science, Library Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting.
