DESCRIPTION
About the team: Advertiser Success Team (AST) supports Amazon’s worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals, by providing strategic support across all advertiser lifecycles. AST has 3 functions, namely (i) Onboarding: providing educational support and onboarding new advertisers on the ad platform, (ii) Pre-EAS: providing optimization and account management support to tenured advertisers who do not have an in-country Account manager & (iii) Managed Optimization: providing optimization and account management support to tenured and high value advertisers who have an in-country Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Program Manager would be as follows:
· Plan and execute multiple projects, collaborating cross functionally/geographically
· Design and develop processes to simplify operations and improve customer experience
· Develop metrics and mechanisms to improve efficiencies and customer experience
· Own weekly, monthly and quarterly business review documentation including tracking, executing and communicating status of action items to senior stakeholders
· Lead annual planning exercise, conceptualizing new work streams and converting it to workable operational plans including staffing plans, tooling plans and process design

· Demonstrated ability to logically influence peers, stakeholders and senior leaders
