DESCRIPTION
Advertising Search Team (AST) is suite of cost-per- click self-serve ad products. AST supports ad products that include Product Ads, Sponsored Products (SP) Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Display which are key components in the advertising program at Amazon.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be well organized, technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, and your verbal and written communication skills should be excellent, being able to clearly explain issues and the paths to resolution quickly and succinctly to the Specialists. Your commitment to the success of our advertising customers should be strong and you should have a proven record of exceeding on your output goals.

Core responsibilities include:
· Own learning plans of global audience, maintain the learning project roadmap, and oversee learning administration.
· Consult with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide effective learning solutions inclusive of need analysis, design, development, implementation, reporting, and evaluation.
· Develop and drive the establishment of Global learning metrics across all support centers learning programs, coordinate the regular publishing of critical performance indicators.
· Maintain training project documentation, training project plans, and training budgets.
· Partner with global learning team/s, ensuring an early focus on global learning needs and effective delivery of sites learning goals aligned with global initiatives.
· Ensure timely creation/update of accurate and useful information for training processes, SOPs, and such other training aids/visuals.
· Ensure and drive best learning practices standardization across all departments and sites.
· Identifies opportunities to improve designed Amazon product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Work experience of 3+ years
· Must have exposure to training tools and techniques - Bachelor’s or Post graduate Degree
· Passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales
· Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments and developing training plans.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills.
· Experience engaging and presenting to senior leaders and leading calls with senior leadership on training metrics.
· Strong business acumen with passion for owning learning culture.
Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Demonstrate detail orientation with ability to analyze, solve problem, organize, and manage multiple training priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Identify and resolve issues independently; take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances – solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
· Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers. Consistent delivery on commitments – great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills – ability to interface with all levels of the organization; specific strength in influencing decision makers, and managing expectation/s.
· A certification, qualification, or experience in Training assessment tools.
· Experience in handling global clientele.
· Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
· Experience in creation and delivery of technical trainings
· Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education
· Google Ad word certified
