Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join the FBA Seller Experience and Seller Coaching team in Bratislava (Slovakia). In this role, you will analyze Seller inventory management process and associated queries to perform root-cause analysis consuming various business inputs and trends, collaborate with various business and operations stakeholders worldwide, and secure their alignment to drive actions based on your data supported recommendations. As needed, you will formulate effective coaching strategies to influence Seller behavior through email/chat/call based coaching and reduce inventory related defects in our supply chain. In this role, you will also work very closely with FBA Operations & Supply Chain team in Luxembourg to help the team drive various programs for improving overall experience of FBA Sellers.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced ambiguous environment and must have strong analytical, program management, and communication skills. Also, they must be having a proven Customer Obsession with a strong knack of inventing solutions for Customers and a solid history of delivering results in a complex environment.

This role can be based in either Bratislava's Amazon office or may be based virtually in another EU country, provided applicable conditions are fulfilled

Key responsibilities includes:
· Working backwards from Seller inventory management process and develop business insights based on both qualitative and quantitative deep-dives on metrics, trends and surveys for improving Seller experience
· Correlating various input and output metrics to establish mechanisms and drive improvements in various processes.
· Communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically enable business, product, engineering, and data analytics teams to define and deliver solutions
· Driving and providing business insights for deep dives in weekly and monthly business reviews.

Personality requirements and skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics or similar
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful in difficult situations
· Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skill
· Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient English knowledge, both verbal and written
· Experience with managing projects with complexity (3-4 stakeholders, projects timeframe >3 months).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· SQL, Excel
· PMP Certified
· A good exposure in Supply Chain vertical.
