Retail Ops Manager

We are looking for an Ops Manager in the Retail Account Management organization to lead a team of Account Managers, including Team Managers, tasked with complex account goals, problems and projects. You build diverse and inclusive team with focus on the effective recruitment, performance management, coaching and promotions. You will own pan EU-wide program, drive results within assigned retail category and participate in strategic initiatives. You will partner and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and EU stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and maximize the business growth opportunity, all in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Your day usually includes leading your team members (1:1, team huddle) to accomplish account goals, resolve problems and drive projects – by inventing, evolving or optimizing processes and solutions. You collaborate with your peers in leadership meetings, department priorities and strategic initiatives. You work also with stakeholders and senior leadership on a program you own. Your day is composed as well of personal work on long-term projects, ad-hoc requests, leadership related actions on department level and reporting/performance management.
