As an Account Manager in this international team - Invoice Defect Rate Ops team under Amazon Business Org, you will play a key role improving customer experience by working with Sellers to ensure that we are providing the best B2B invoicing experience. This will require auditing invoices from Sellers across the world, building reporting, working with tech team to improve machine learning, and working with other internal teams and stakeholders to help educate Sellers on how to improve their invoicing experience for customers. We also work closely with PM and tech team on Invoice Defect Rate (IDR) account health metrics and enforcement policy.

Key job responsibilities

- Work closely with PM and tech team on the Invoice Defect Rate (IDR) Program
- Audit Seller invoices to assess invoice quality and spot issues
- Educate Sellers on invoice quality and inform SPs if their account is at risk of deactivation due to high IDR
- Run 1-to-many SP education campaign via Paragon, as well as Mass SP education campaigns via webinars, Seller University, Pardot, Survey etc.
- Build metrics and reporting
- Responsible for IDR Enforcement process and policy
- Work with Account Manager to educate top profile sellers to adopt invoicing solution to reduce IDR
- Report issues to tech team and provide solutions to SPs
- Gather feedback, help drive both seller and customer satisfaction and improve IDR program.
- Work closely with Seller Support teams and other key internal Amazon stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimize IDR Investigation SOP for Seller Support team, and screen and troubleshoot tickets created by Seller Support team before passing the issues to tech team.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in business, VAT invoice, Finance, or account management in eCommerce or a similar industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Access)
- Data analysis skills (e.g. Pivot table, vlookup.) as we work a lot with data every day.
- Fluency in English. It is a plus to speak either German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Chinese.
- Able to work in a diverse team
