To improve and further develop Ambient System as the major supplier of Public Address and Voice Alarm System in the Czech Republic and Slovakia through active sales presence and efficient management of the regional customers. Reports functionally to the Sales Director in Poland.

Regional Sales Manager Low Voltage Systems

  • Plan and execute the sales strategy for the assigned geographic area to achieve company sales & market share objectives.
  • Maintain direct contact with customer accounts in geographic area of assigned responsibility & monitor customer projects, industry trends & competitive product offerings.
  • Develop a successful sales network in assigned geographic area as needed through training, support and supervision
  • Coordinate and attend key industry trade shows, seminars & conferences representing company products.
  • Coordinate with Company technical support tasks for the customers in the Region.
  • Maintain company databases as required
  • Degree on Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, Electronics)
  • 3 years of outside sales experience in low voltage / construction industry, demonstrated success
  • Knowledge of low voltage industry
  • Demonstrated history of learning technical products & applications
  • Demonstrated use of common business software programs such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to work independently & travel extensively
  • Driver License
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively including group presentations using MS Power Point
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Polish will be additional advantage
