General Practitioner

American Medical Centers is expanding its healthcare services and is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Physician to join our team in Cracow. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in providing primary care services, on-call visits, and online consultations for our patients.

• Be available for on-call visits for patients requiring immediate medical attention.
• Conduct online consultations to provide medical advice and support during off-duty/on-call periods.
• Deliver high-quality medical care in patients’ homes or through virtual appointments.
• Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and analyze medical records, reports, and examination results to diagnose patients’ conditions.
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, including medical history, reports, and examination findings.
• Monitor patient conditions and progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
• Refer patients to medical specialists or other healthcare providers when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and local healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures to support improved health and wellbeing.
