Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and self-driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with top-tier international professionals in engineering, technology, and compliance. You will play a key role in identifying and securing the best talent for our projects, ensuring Amtera continues to attract and retain exceptional professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source, assess, and engage with international professionals in the fields of engineering, technology, and compliance.
Conduct interviews and initial screenings to evaluate candidates' availability, skills, and personality fit.
Spend significant time on the phone to connect with and secure the best talent in the market.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to analyze hiring needs and develop strategies for attracting top candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify high-potential candidates.
Fluency in English and German is an absolute must.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-organization and reliability to effectively work in a fully remote environment.
A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Willingness to spend extensive time on the phone to engage candidates and drive hiring success.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and deliver on recruitment projects.
Ideally, prior experience in Talent Acquisition within an agency or internal recruitment team.
