Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and self-driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with top-tier international professionals in engineering, technology, and compliance. You will play a key role in identifying and securing the best talent for our projects, ensuring Amtera continues to attract and retain exceptional professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source, assess, and engage with international professionals in the fields of engineering, technology, and compliance.

  • Conduct interviews and initial screenings to evaluate candidates' availability, skills, and personality fit.

  • Spend significant time on the phone to connect with and secure the best talent in the market.

  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to analyze hiring needs and develop strategies for attracting top candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify high-potential candidates.

Key Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German is an absolute must.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong self-organization and reliability to effectively work in a fully remote environment.

  • A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

  • Willingness to spend extensive time on the phone to engage candidates and drive hiring success.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and deliver on recruitment projects.

  • Ideally, prior experience in Talent Acquisition within an agency or internal recruitment team.
