Sales Consultant (Remote – Based in Slovakia, Clients in Switzerland)

About Us

We are a consultancy specialized in engineering and technology, supporting clients across industries such as IT in financial services and engineering in life sciences. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant who will help us build lasting client relationships in Switzerland.

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will receive a dedicated client portfolio and potential leads from us. Your main responsibility will be to establish and develop relationships with potential clients in Switzerland. This is a full acquisition-focused role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Building strong relationships and establishing trust
• Setting up meetings and presenting our services
• Following up consistently and driving opportunities forward
• Using the tools provided (CRM, LinkedIn, and more) to manage and grow your client base

What We’re Looking For
We are searching for someone with:

• Proven experience in sales, technical sales, recruitment sales, or professional services
• Excellent acquisition and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
• A high level of self-motivation and independence when working from home
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to stay proactive, resilient, and results-driven in a remote environment
