Currently, we are looking for a person for the position of:

Education Specialist

Location: Prague

Purpose of the role:

The main goal of the Education Specialist role is to organize training for our clients (Amway Business Owners) focused on Amway products, communication skills, sales, social selling. Training will be delivered by freelancer trainers in Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian, Czech Republic, and Slovak markets.

What you’ll do:

  • Implements the training strategy in 5 countries: Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia
  • Develops local training plans based on the European training strategy.
  • Communicates plans internally (employees) and externally (Amway Business Owners)
  • Coordinates and organize training sessions: based on consultation with account managers and needs to analyze
  • Builds business relation with all Leaders and attends Leader`s meetings.
  • Monitors the quality and impact of the training programs to ensure that training needs are met
  • Organizes local staff training on new product launches
  • Coordinates training delivery and freelance trainers for listed countries (books and brief trainers, controls and approves invoices, provides with products and company information)
  • Works with other functions (Sale, Mktg, BO, PR) to ensure course materials reflect current specifications and to obtain information on new processes
  • Controls budget and expenditures in 5 countries
  • Manages the Academy LMS (learning management system) by uploading, deactivating documents, videos, etc.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
  • Certified as a Business Trainer (soft skills trainer)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing) in mother tongue Hungarian and Czech and/or Slovakian
  • Fluent (level B2/C1) in English desired according to the Common European Framework for Languages
  • Minimum 3 years (100 training hours) in training and education with a focus on business development, coaching.
  • Coordination and management in Training and Education.
  • Open-minded and flexible approach, willingness to take the initiative.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and retain the attention
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Solution-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Conscientious with the ability to self-manage and motivate.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with the willingness to ‘go the extra mile’
  • Experience in selling/retailing environment
  • Digitally literate - proficiency in the usage of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge on delivering training via webinars (web live training) is a plus
