Role

As a Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in building our presence in the Czech market. You will be responsible for actively selling our full range of products, including immersive language camps, year-abroad study programs and innovative online learning platforms, to prospective clients. As we grow, you will also support the development of a local sales team, including recruitment and training of new sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Active sales of our products and services to B2C clients

  • Supporting the evaluation of market opportunities across various segments

  • Researching relevant regulatory and legal requirements

  • Establishing and managing partnerships with local entities

  • Building and continuously improving sales processes

  • Organising and managing projects related to market entry

  • In the future, recruiting, training and managing a local sales team

  • Proofreading and ensuring the accuracy of translated texts and marketing materials in Czech

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles on the Czech marketStrong sales and networking skills

  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities

  • Independence, motivation and a proactive get things done attitude

  • Native level proficiency in Czech

  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts

  • English proficiency at minimum B2 or C1 level 

  • Experience in the education or tourism sector is an advantage
