Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Maximo and DB2 Administrator will support the Maximo system on a day-to-day basis working remotely with technical and business resources. This position requires someone who is able to work independently as well as in a team environment. We need someone who is experienced and self-motivated with excellent communication skills and technical maintenance ability. The knowledge, skills, and abilities we are looking for are described below.
- All aspects of DB2 Database administration including databases, users, integrations and high availability.
- All aspects of Maximo administration using the DB2 database.
- Support customers world-wide on production environments.
- Have an understanding of change control methodologies.
