Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Sales Manager, you will acquire new projects and customers for our services and products in the field of machines + hydraulics.
With your professional and personal expertise, you will support existing and new customers in all project phases as a reliable contact person.
Your tasks
- Developing and implementing strategies to successfully increase sales
- Acquisition of new customers and development of new business areas
- Managing existing customers and expanding cooperation with our strategic customers
- Identifying market potential with new customers and markets and preparing competitive analyses
- Ensuring a continuous volume of enquiries and orders
- Conducting contract negotiations
- Initiating and managing marketing campaigns and customer loyalty measures
Your profile
- Completed technical studies or a comparable qualification
- Ideally industry knowledge and industry contacts in the field of mechanical engineering
- Experience in sales of technical products
- Good written and spoken English or German skills
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as sociability
- High level of sales commitment
- Negotiating skills as well as strong communication and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel
