Job description, responsibilities and duties
Hello, we are looking for a new member for the Arcondis family. This is your chance to make healthcare better. This opportunity will allow you to:
• Independently lead contract management and legal activities across projects and accounts; work with account leadership, DPO, compliance department, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities, account strategy, objectives and opportunities, as well as contract and subcontract compliance
• Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers
• Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
• Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters
• Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
• Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Legal research across variety of legislations, especially Slovak, German and Swiss laws (commercial law, employment law, European law, compliance regulations)
• Provide support and advice the sales team on new potential businesses opportunities
• Support the identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes

• Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience in contract management, procurement or legal field
• Deep knowledge of European law is a big advantage
• Exposure to consulting and outsourcing activities and passion for understanding the delivery side of projects is highly valued
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Previous experience working with contract regulations is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exemplify creative problem solving abilities
• Deep knowledge of European law is a big advantage
