Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Leading talent management, workforce planning, and succession initiatives
  • Championing employee experience through the employee lifecycle from employer branding to recruitment and onboarding to retain talent
  • Being responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, and engagement programs
  • Supporting / driving change management, organizational development, and culture-building efforts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure labor and welfare, policies compliance
  • Using HR analytics to guide decisions and improve results
  • Coaching business leaders on people and culture
  • Building network and managing key stakeholders across the organization as well as externally (Local Country Management Team, Group HR Team, Regional HR team, external partners, including recruitment agencies)
  • Reporting to the Head of HR, with dotted line to the Country Managing Director

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

  • ​Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Understanding of key HR processes and principles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Technological proficiency: HR information systems, Microsoft Office Suite, digital tools, AI
  • Strong work with data
  • Fluency in local language (Czech / Slovak) and proficiency in English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
