Job description, responsibilities and duties

Imagine being part of an international project, where you get to sharpen your Python skills while diving into the world of automation testing. Sounds good? Read on!

We are working on a sales portal for a successful insurance company, which we built entirely from scratch. We engage with customers from eight different countries, both within Europe and beyond. And for our office in Bratislava we are searching for someone, who will help us with automation testing.

Python experience and desire to push it further is crucial for us. And if you have ever performed automation tests, we will really appreciate it. But if you don’t - we can teach you.

What can you expect in this role?

  • Automated tests will be a core part of your daily tasks.
  • We use the Robot framework and have developed our own libraries in Python, which we aim to expand.
  • Our team consists of 26 experienced members (divided into four smaller teams), offering you a great opportunity to learn.
  • You’ll work in an agile environment surrounded by 6 other testers who are always ready to assist or advise.

Let’s meet if:

  • You have a solid grasp of Python including syntax and structure, and work with data, text, or file manipulation
  • You are familiar with Python concepts such as OOP, working with modules and packages, unittest, or pytest using or debugging
  • You have experience with PyCharm or a similar IDE
  • Traveling to our Bratislava office at least twice a week is not a problem for you

It would be great if:

  • You know how to execute automated tests using Selenium+ Playwright Library, or you are eager to learn all this
  • You practice good habits such as clean code, refactoring, creating, and updating documentation

Employee perks, benefits

  • Flexibility: There is always a way to make it work. We can cooperate full-time or part-time, you choose. And the job is perfectly suitable for students, too.
  • Work-life balance:We respect you have a life outside of work. We encourage open communication to find a pace that works for both the project and your personal needs.
  • Professional growth:As an Artinian, you will be supported to excel in your field. We organize technical and soft skills training, language courses, and tech meetups. Is there a conference, workshop, or course you are interested in? We encourage those too.
  • Great culture:Enjoy cool benefits, a supportive team, and fun team-building activities.

Does this feel like your future job? Get in touch . Let’s talk and see if we are the right fit for each other.
