About this job:

Your main responsibilities would be:

This role would suit an ambitious graduate looking for their career start in adynamic global business. Any internship or placement experience within a business or marketing environment would be ideal.

  • Developing and executing the operational brand plan in-market through localisation/ adaption of Established Markets -level materials and initiatives
  • Ensuring locally specific created initiatives and materials are appropriate, approved by relevant function and aligned with the brand strategy and positioning
  • Championing the brand affiliate through an expertise in all aspects of the brand within the appropriate market, providing a direct interface with the Business manager And Field force management team
  • Engaging with and managing the relationship with key local customers and KOLs to develop insights and services
  • Ensuring all marketing channels identified for use locally (including but not limited to Digital) are aligned to the Therapeutic Area and Brand strategies, and approved by the relevant function (and other relevant governance bodies if needed)
  • Localising brand content according to Affiliate regulatory needs and ensuring training is provided to the Field force team to support their use of the content within the operational brand plan
  • Co-creating KPIs with the Affiliate Brand Team, Business Unit Director and other relevant function if applicable to ensure local brand performance meets agreed standards

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Significant marketing experience in contributing to the development and implementation of brand strategy
  • Experience in working in a Pharma sales organisation or similar environment
  • Proven track record of planning, managing product launches, measurement and revenue growth
  • Demonstrated experience of managing the brand life cycle within a market
  • Experience in contributing to/delivering to stretch KPIs, to sustainably grow the brand and maintain performance
  • Experience in implementing co-created patient centric integrated services, solutions and programmes
  • Written and verbal business language English skills are essential for this position

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Excellent working knowledge of the sales organisation and model
  • Good understanding of market research and identifying insights
  • Strong learning agility, able to rapidly study, analyse, understand and generate ‘sense’ from many data sources in order to interpret insight to build a strategic view of the market
  • Able to articulate/convert that knowledge/data into language which has meaning for multiple audiences

Education/Qualifications:

  • University degree and relevant education or work experience
