Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Billing Data Analyst will be part of the Billing Assurance Management function within Global Billing Operations. The role will be focused on developing new approaches to tracking and analyzing data which will be supporting creation of billing quality management methodology.
Our mission is to improve bill quality and develop automation (with our partners) that enables clear visibility of fallout that can then be proactively addressed prior to delivery to the customer, ensuring a seamless relationship.
Main responsibilities:
o Define requirements
o Create and propose business solution
o Prepare test scenarios to be tested before the implementation of the business solution
o Collaborate with project manager and development team during the project life cycle
o Review business opportunities and challenges to identify opportunities for improvements
o Support & execute investigation in support of program, including data analysis, business case development
o Support Program Manager in communication / present results to stakeholders
o Support projects / feasibility studies to understand and resolve business issues

o Knowledge of standard service data flows and supporting tools would be an advantage
o Prefer knowledge of System Integration customers or IBM Contract and service delivery tools supporting customers
o A self-starter demonstrating initiative and able to be flexible
o Ability to cope with stressful situations & prioritize workload
o Follow and meet job objectives
o Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
o A team player with well-developed versatility
o Ability to communicate on different organizational levels
