Job description, responsibilities and duties

This role supports large accounts across whole SI channel and provide assistance to sales team with ordering and project management of AT&T Standard service orders in post-sales phase. Maintains and grows revenue for assigned account(s) by providing world class customer service. Leads the client relationship by maintaining a strong business and professional alliance with executives and functional leaders within assigned client base, providing timely updates to clients, improving CTs, acting as customer advocate in front of delivery teams, etc. Ensures customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level and revenue assurance is managed.

Sales Order Manager is responsible for aligning minimum data sets and resources across multiple organizations to ensure seamless execution of post-sales (ordering) process for AT&T standard services. Maintain a strong business and professional relationship with executives and functional leaders within assigned client base. Ensures sales & customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level and revenue assurance is managed. This role involves handling of pre-sales & post-sales tools, tracking of sales process changes, communication and interaction with customer, account teams, ordering teams and technical departments as well as tracking of orders from ready to sale notice to order handoff & execution.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Fluent English including proficiency in writing; communication skills; time and workload management skills; ability to work under pressure; ability to set priorities and make decisions quickly; capable of solving complex problems; pragmatic; analytical and resourceful; self-motivated and proactive; ability to present complex matter to customer; attention to details; strong team player with commitment and positive attitude.
