Business Operation - Customer Experience (CX) organization provides E2E customer support across all wireline and wireless services for AT&T’s global business customers.
CX is a new additions to organization represented in Slovakia, but play a critical role in term of aligning business needs with the customer needs.
We are looking for experienced colleagues for Process Engineering positions, responsible for identification of improvements, managing projects and general support for the Global Command Center.

- Global Command Center
Scope, Purpose and Guiding Principles

- End - to - end partnership to improve cycle time, on time
performance, and repair intervals for strategic services across
the globe

- Drive initiatives that provide a consistent holistic improvement to customer experience

- Point of sales to first bill and into maintenance

- Expand participation to include all critical partners such as
Sales, GCS, GCM, TFS and C&E, Product, Finance/Billing, and
other critical functions

- Scope: ADI, Flex, ASE, AVPN: Domestic & Int'l (sales, ordering,
provisioning)

- US working hours

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Business Process Management
• Lean and 6 sigma (green belt certified) optional
• Project management education or relevant experience welcome
• Well organized and precise, detail oriented
• Analytical thinking
• Pro-active approach and motivated to deliver
• Open minded with ability to come up with ideas and visions
• Able to share knowledge
• Open communication
• PC literacy (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point), Internet, Visio

• Advanced level of English
