Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are happy to introduce the 2nd round of AT&T International Leadership Development Graduate Program after the successful completion of our first program. Over a two year period you will be immersed in three diverse ‘real work’ placements which will help to broaden your skills and equip you for a great future with AT&T. Could you be our next big thing?
To support your growth and ability to deliver on projects, we provide on-the-job training, guided mentorship and coaching, and access to our award winning AT&T University. For those select individuals with a real drive to succeed and a personal commitment to continuous learning we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
Over a 3-year period you will gain skills and experience in 3 different roles following the order flow based on customer’s request. During the rotation you will step by step cover all the phases of an order – from the start where the order is validated and created – during the ordering phase – until the successful delivery, testing and handover to the customer. You will be participating in the transformation of the organization, combining all the roles into one streamlined position. A part of your daily job will be communicating not only with the customer but also with various internal teams within our company. Combining all the experience from each of the roles within your rotation will improve your on-the-job skills and will lead to a seamless customer experience.

- Have an aspiration to lead projects and people
- Be an effective communicator - with strong verbal and written English skills.
- Be IT literate – competent with MS Office products as a minimum
- Eligible to work in Slovakia (e.g. EU/EEA Citizens)
