This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting project in the International HR Systems & Program Management Team to replace and integrate all current HR databases into one solution, the Global Oracle Human Capital Management System. This specific sub-project focuses on leading the review, refinement and design of all reporting and notifications for all HR system processes across all International countries.

The successful candidate will be expected to operate remotely within a matrix organisation, developing effective working relationships across multiple stakeholders such as the wider International HR team, Finance, Legal and others.
Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

REPORTS
There are current around 500 scheduled reports in the existing PeopleSoft 9 HR system; the successful candidate will be required to conduct a very detailed review of current reporting structure/capability. The review will also extend to ad-hoc reports requests which currently come into a HR Data Management queue for them to create and distribute.
Through the transition to Oracle, the International HR team needs to find a more effective way of delivering reports and pushing as much as possible through self-service, thus reducing the number of ad-hoc reporting requests but still meeting the overall need of our clients.
Some of the detailed reviews will include; identifying the background to current scheduled reports e.g. who are the recipients, why are these reports needed, how can the requirement be refined. Review both simple (e.g. Headcount Report) and complex ones (combined multiple reports into a dashboard).
• Streamlining/reengineer all scheduled reports
• Set up an improved reporting distribution feature (e.g. control if delivery fails e.g. if recipient has left the company, and automate audits if the reports are still needed)
• Identify and ensure how the future reporting support specialists can effectively deliver ad hoc reports (at present via use of SQL-queries writer features)
• Collaborate closely with Payroll team who will ‘own’ their reporting requirements
• Collaborate closely with other Core HR project leads to understand other reporting requirements
• Partner closely with HRBP teams to better understand generic reporting requirements for clients
• Partner closely with HR system specialist re new design and integration
• Partners closely with Oracle team on design for new reporting requirements
• Ensures critical considerations are built into the new design, e.g. ability for Oracle platform to prioritize reporting (payroll reports take priority over other queued reports)
• Consider reporting requirements in line with GDPR to ensure we remain compliant with those regulations – e.g. report storage, data in Oracle, who can access, how is data distributed, how does report data flow to other systems or teams – (Nexus or Business Intelligence)
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Nexus team to better understand how data will flow from Oracle into other AT&T systems
• Manage stakeholder engagement/buy-in relating to key reporting changes

NOTIFICATIONS
There are currently a multitude of end-user system generated notifications of data changes in the existing IHRMS system. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing/refining and designing new notification structure through the transition to Oracle.

• Understand current end to end notifications for each core process in IHRMS
• Understand different levels of notification (HR/Supervisor/Employee)
• Understand country specific notifications linked to IHRMS
• Understand where we have linked notifications which sit outside of IHRMS (manual) and understand how these can be automated though Oracle (if needed)
• Work closely with each of the IHR core project leads to understand their requirements for notifications aligned to each core process – provide subject matter expertise to ensure their requirements can be met through Oracle or provide advice/guidance on alternative notification processes
• Partner closely with HRBPs, HRDM specialist and others as required
• Partner closely with the Global reporting lead
• Ensures the end to end notification process has logic and includes clear concise language/instruction
