Roles and Responsibilities:
The tasks in scope include, but are not limited to:
• Developing and creating one off and repeated reports and analysis out of high volume data inputs
• Data Interpretation of Center Metrics
• Work with AT&T Call Centers on performance management
• Primary Security Administrator Functions for Call Centers

Working hours: US working hours
Location: Bratislava
Key Competencies and Skills:
• RPA proficiency with proven experience
• MS EXCEL superior proficiency with proven experience
• Analytical Skills
• Ability to work against tight deadlines
• SQL Advantageous
