Solution Architect

This role is to support custom service level agreements across all sales channels and across all products and services ranging from transport to sourcing solutions.

Customers seek to establish predictable service to go along with a predictable price. One vehicle for ensuring the service provider delivers a good customer experience is to contract for service level agreements.

The role is complex in that the candidate needs to be familiar with AT&T network products & technologies, our work-centers capabilities, underlying operational models, risk analysis, contractual terms and conditions, and negotiations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Receive requests for custom SLA solutions. Define the operational model required to support the custom solution. Establish the direct and indirect costs required to deliver and support the custom SLA solution. Model and quantify the business risk. Capture appropriate contractual terms and conditions. Capture the solution in a Customer Specific Operational Plan and obtain approvals from product and partner organizations. Provide RFP written responses and redlining of contractual documents. Support, and/or lead, the SLA negotiations. Support the transition for the accounts and hand-off to the support teams.

- Familiarity with Service Level Agreements and consultant SLA methodologies

Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelors or higher
- 5+ years experience in networking/telecom

Additional Information:

- Salary from 1760 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
