Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our team is part of Cyber Security Operations managing security devices for our dedicated customers, mostly EMEA restricted customers, supporting changes and incidents for customer’s production devices.
We are looking for highly motivated and reliable individual with effective problem solving skills who would:
- Have communication abilities needed for customer interaction and a team play
- Be supporting changes and incidents for our dedicated customers
- Dispatch and support of onsite engineer NCR
- Do reviews of security policy or configuration changes
- Be driving a case to resolution
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in network security environment is an advantage
- CCNA/CCNA Security certification/knowledge or similar is required minimum
- Communication abilities needed for customer interaction and team player
