Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Assist the Office manager to manage the daily requirements
• Reconcile monthly operating budgets including alias with payroll/accountant and share updated financial reports with the senior management team on the monthly expenses.
• Work with our vendors and account Dept to make purchases and reconcile invoicing.
·         Manage the administrative staff and induct new hires on office policies and procedures
• Prepare agendas for staff meetings and work with our teams to schedule the workshops, and updated roadmaps for each team if required. 
• Handle  any company conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements if necessary. 
• Responsible to the COO will aid in the day to day running of the office
• Manage the updates of procedures and checklist, file such procedure and keep office documents filed and organised.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Advanced (C1)

Qualifications and skills
• Good level of spoken and written English as well as fluent in Slovakian. Any other language is an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure and be self motivating to manage & resolve office requirements.
