NOC Engineer / System administrator

We’re looking for self-motivated individuals, to complement our technical service operations team in ensuring stability and optimal quality of production environment. The role itself mostly revolves around monitoring and pro-actively solving any issues on production issues.
The chosen candidates will also have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies in order to support already established technical operations team and ultimately our customers.

Duties
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Responsible for ensure production environments are up and operating as expected.
• Act as 2nd line of support for operational support teams.
• Act as central point of contact for technical issues.
• Liaise with providers and 3rd parties.
• Ensure releases are verified as working when code is deployed to production.
• Form part on-call schedule to support technical operations out of office hours

Requirements:
• Experience with System administration in both Linux and windows.
• Familiar with Linux coreutils commands.
• Scripting skills; bash and powershell.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, splunk, Grafana, etc.) .
• Network troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2).

Nice to have experience with:
• Cloud platforms; preferably Azure.
• code: javascript frameworks (nodejs, react, java, .net).
• scripting: python, go.
• configuration management tools; ansible.
• CI/CD tools; Teamcity, Octopus, Jenkins, CircleCi
• Experience with GIT and branching strategies.
• Containerization.
• Prior experience in gaming.
