-> Planning, coordination and ordering of scheduled
and unscheduled maintenance
-> Verification and tracking of mandatory and
non-mandatory modifications
-> Invoice control for ordered maintenance activities,
administration of technical aircraft related
contracts and administration of insurance claims
-> Administration of maintenance records and the
maintenance tracking program
-> Preparation of aircraft maintenance programs and
monitoring of its effectiveness (e.g. by the reliability
programme)
-> Point of contact for customers, crews, authorities and
MROs as subject matter expert
