Global Product Manager f/m

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the entire development of the dedicated products
• Transformation of the global market requirements as defined by the local product managers and technical sales supporters into product definitions / specifications
• Definition of the marketing-oriented product structure for all markets (product configurations, options policies)
• Responsible for the supply chain
• Choosing sub-suppliers
• Supporting commercial negotiations together with purchasing
• Setting target manufacturing costs
• Responsible for the profitability of the products by industrialization and localization
• In cooperation with the local product managers analysis of competition and development of growth strategies for targeted markets
• Preparation and launch of new product innovations into target markets
• Coordination of marketing mix and execution of trainings for his products & components
• Recommendation of the yearly group R&D program to the Segment Leader

Your Profile:

• Engineering management graduate of a university of technology / university of applied sciences
• Business intellect and entrepreneurial approach to product business
• More than4 years professional experience in industry, ideally in product management
• Experience in automation systems
• Outstanding analytical and conceptional skills
• Structured, precise and reliable working attitude
• Confident and professional personality, excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Teamwork skills, social skills and high readiness to work
• Pronounced customer focus
• Readiness to travel

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the intended annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 49.000,--. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
