Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Tasks:
  • Representative of AVL at customers
  • Manage local KAMs / Sales Team at Affiliate
  • Explore future Market/Customer Needs and provide input for Business Field / Product Strategy
  • Market Planning/Forecasting
  • Operational Tasks together wirth local KAMs
  • Manage local KAMs
  • Ensure Account Development for existing and new customers
  • Ensure Generation of new Opportunities
  • Ensure development of identified Opportunities
  • clarification of real customer needs and feasibility (technical and resources)
  • elaboration of value for customer (Buying Center Analysis, Value Proposition)
  • lean project approach with lean offers + options
  • Challenging of HSK cost calculation of operations
  • price setting within given margin boundaries or alignment with management
  • appropriate invoicing plans to facilitate cash flow and risk management
  • Ensure presentation of quotes, consideration of customer feedback and appropriate offer revision
  • Ensure identification and resolution of potential concerns of Buying Center Members
  • Negotiate technical and commercial conditions with local KAMs
  • Collaborate with local KAMs, PPMs, Operations using tools like Sales Force and monitor Budgets for Technical Project Planning
  • Ensure support for project execution (handover, customer satisfaction, billing and collection)

Your Profile:

  • Mechanical engineering / electrical engineering
  • Significant experience in Powertrain development (incl. project planning, project management)
  • Interest and enthusiasm for sales / previous sales experience
  • Self-confident personality with communication and intercultural skills
  • English and German C level (conduct negotiations)
  • Willingness to travel
Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 98.000,--. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
